Who doesn’t recognise the Honeywell Round thermostat? The design team wanted to be sure that new series of thermostats would be as user friendly as the famous predecessor.
The designers of npk industrial design redesigned the Honeywell Round. P5 tested the first concepts on usability and acceptance with non working wooden models and a computer simulation.
The gained insight in preferred functionality, design and usability requirements facilitated the design team to develop the new Honeywell Round
