During the development of a self-service kiosk allowing KLM passengers (at Schiphol Airport Amsterdam) to check-in their own baggage, objective feedback by professional usability tests was needed.

The Municipality of Amsterdam wanted to improve the situation when road reconstruction works take place.
Therefore the department Bureau Stadsregie carried out a research on temporary measurements and needed feedback on the usability and applicability.

Therefore they commissioned AGV consultants in mobility to formulate a policy and action plan on Accessibility of Public Transport for the Municipality of Amsterdam and region municipalities.
