New manuals for Vilans code VVR

In 2008 Vilans has updated manuals for the minibus driver and wheelchair user. Next to this manuals for municipalities and transport organizations are published. P5 was involved in the making of these publications. The manuals (in Dutch) can be downloaded from http://www.veiligvervoer.nl/.
