During my study at the faculty of Industrial Design at the Delft University of Technology I was already interested in the usability aspects of products.

Already at my first year at the Faculty of Industrial Design at the Delft University of Technology it was a clear fact to me that products should be designed for people and not for museums.

I am fascinated by the way people manipulate products and like to observe and research this. I am convinced that still too much products are developed without knowing what people really expect from the product.
