Steelcase 'Please'

Steelcase, office furniture manufacturer, developed a new and enhanced version of its popular office chair ‘Please’ and needed feed back on this new product.
P5 facilitated the design team by gaining insight into experience, preferences and context of the different actors in the purchasing process of office chairs. Dealers, design professionals, facility managers and end users have participated in focus groups not only discussing the prototype and its competitors but also sharing their needs and preferences by individual excercises.
The findings let to a better understanding of the market and decission making in finalizing the development.
